Winter Conditioning on the Queenax: Oct 9- Nov 15
A 6-week class tailored toward getting you ready for your favorite winter sport, or maybe getting ready for a NEW one! Two 6AM workouts per week (Tues/Thurs) will strengthen the muscles needed to get through the snow and prevent injuries. Start the season strong with Winter Conditioning!
